Who we are
Nutrition 2.0 Ltd is a private limited company registered in England and Wales. We provide 1:1 nutrition coaching delivered by Tom Hindmarch.
For any privacy queries, the data controller can be contacted at tom@nutrition20.com.
// 02
What we collect
We collect personal data in three contexts:
- When you book a discovery call — your name, email address, and phone number, plus anything you share via Calendly when scheduling.
- During an active coaching engagement — body composition data, training history, dietary intake, sleep, stress and lifestyle information shared as part of the protocol.
- When you visit the website — anonymised analytics such as page views, session duration, and device type. No personally identifying information is collected this way.
// 03
How we use it
Personal data is used only to:
- Deliver the coaching service you have signed up for.
- Respond to your discovery call booking and any onward correspondence.
- Send weekly check-in materials, protocol updates, and progress reviews.
- Improve the website and service over time, using anonymised, aggregated analytics only.
We will never use your data for any other purpose without first asking you.
// 04
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. Limited data is shared with the following third parties, each of which acts as a data processor on our behalf:
- Calendly — booking and scheduling for discovery calls.
- Email provider — for sending and receiving coaching correspondence.
- Website hosting and analytics — operating the website and gathering anonymised usage data.
All third parties process your data under their own privacy policies and applicable data protection laws. Where required, we have data processing agreements in place.
// 05
How long we keep it
- Discovery call data, no engagement begun — 12 months from the date of the call, then deleted.
- Active client data — for the duration of the engagement and 6 years afterward, in line with HMRC record-keeping requirements.
- Website analytics — anonymised after 14 months.
- Marketing email subscribers — until you unsubscribe.
// 06
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Have inaccurate data corrected.
- Have your data deleted, subject to other legal obligations we may have.
- Restrict how we process your data.
- Receive your data in a portable format.
- Object to processing.
- Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
To exercise any of these rights, email tom@nutrition20.com. We aim to respond within 30 days.
