Tom is a fantastic nutrition coach. I’ve lost 10kg’s and I’ve still been able to balance it with a busy social life. He’s really helped me make better choices and it’s something that I now do naturally without thinking about it.
Tom has been an amazing support to me throughout my weightless journey. He has encouraged me and held me accountable and generally been the kind of person you need by your side when you’re facing the challenges that surround food. I feel like I see food through a new and healthy lens. 10/10 recommend his service. :)
I've struggled massively with my weight over the years, trying everything possible to get it under control, I then found Nutrition 2.0 online and I would highly recommend! Tom has been a great support with my journey so far, always there to answer questions and guide in the right direction. I'm just over a month in and already seeing and feeling the difference within myself and in the gym. Thank you, I am so looking forward to seeing the results continue!
Struggled so much to lose weight no matter what I did until I joined Nutrition 2.0 and now I’m losing more and more every single week! Could not fault it at all amazing recipes, ideas, guidance all designed to fit your goal. So helpful and a massive confidence boost every week when I have my check in.
I approached Nutrition 2.0 for help 3 months ago after a friend of mine was already a client of Tom’s and recommended his coaching. Since then I’ve been speaking to Tom every week and consistently losing weight. That being said, what I am gaining most from Nutrition 2.0 isn’t only the weight loss - it’s the practices and lifestyle improvements that have come with it. I started my journey with simple and manageable improvements to my diet, without an intense focus on weight loss (which I explained to Tom in the past has caused me to give up on any attempt at dieting), and have gradually built upon these to create healthy habits. Tom’s coaching style has meant that this has happened in realistic and manageable way, and so I’ve been able to stick to it. Tom has also been incredibly patient with me, as my weight loss journey has been slow but steady; but on the weeks when I’ve lacked motivation or not quite seen the results I’ve wanted, Tom has provided support and motivation making the process easy to stick to. He’s also taught me how to achieve my goals without sacrificing my social life (the biggest learning for me!). This has been the longest period, in my life, that I’ve been able to focus on nutrition and lose weight and it’s completely down to Tom’s support. Would recommend to anyone wanting to improve their nutritional habits, and get healthier & fitter for the long-term. Thank you Tom !
I’ve worked with Tom over the last 12-months after developing a negative relationship with food and losing my mojo with exercise; I got to the point where I knew I needed to make a significant change. After setting manageable goals and establishing a routine with food, I’ve been able to make significant progress both with my attitude towards dieting as well as getting back into training. Tom has been incredibly supportive; providing invaluable advice, guidance and motivation which has been fundamental to my commitment and helping me achieve my goal. Over the last 12 months, I’ve lost over 16kg and feel so much better about myself. And I know by continuing to work with Tom, I will continue to make progress towards my ultimate goal.
Very professional and knowledgeable on this subject. I feel totally at ease with Tom and he really personalises nutrition which I’ve never had before, he takes everything you say into consideration and then creates a plan. If you want to sort your nutrition to lose weight, gain weight or just feel better, then Tom is the way to go. Couldn’t recommend him highly enough. Thanks for all the support and helping me achieve my goals Tom.
I've been working with Tom as my nutrition coach now since the end of February this year. After lock down, having had no where near enough exercise and far too much food and alcohol. I was the heaviest I have ever been, feeling a bit rubbish, sluggish and not sure where to start. I'm (roughly) around 12 weeks in now, and feel so much better. In my initial meeting with Tom, I highlighted I'd like to lose weight, increase my energy levels and learn a little more about nutrition and what it means. Tom has set achievable, realistic goals which we identified together, I listened and followed the very easy clear guidance. It's been tough at times, but overall I haven't had to make any changes I wasn't willing too. I understand my relationship with food better and have increased my exercise and energy levels and lost 7kg and 21 inches overall in total since I started. Those are the obvious benefits, but in making better food choices my hair, skin, nails and sleeping have also improved. Tom is an excellent nutition coach, he is very knowledgeable, easy to talk too and non-judgemental when the inevitable 'slips' (in my case ice cream and wine) occur. Overall my journey with Tom and Nutrition 2.0 has been thoroughly enjoyable and educational, I've learnt skills which I feel I can take forward and manage consistently. I think my partner would also recommend as he has a much happier other half!! I would highly recommend to anybody. Cheers Tom.
You don’t need another plan. You need a coach who gets it. I’ve been there — training hard, tracking everything… and still spinning my wheels.
That’s why I built Nutrition 2.0 — to help you ditch the guesswork and finally make your training, nutrition, and progress click.
No extremes. No fluff. Just smart systems built around you.
If you're coachable and ready to commit, I'm all in.
Real structure means real clarity. Here’s what most people ask before starting.
Is this just a meal plan?
Do I need to count calories?
What if I’ve tried everything and nothing’s worked?
Will this work if I don’t go to the gym?
What’s the time commitment?
How do I get started?
